Labnotes™

Labnotes™ is a versatile data management software specifically designed for use in the laboratory.  It has been designed by scientists for scientists.

In its simplest form Labnotes can be used as a free-form notebook for inclusion of structures, spectra, chromatograms, pictures, text, helping you to protect your intellectual property and file patents.   Labnotes is most often used with a series of templates/forms as this is where the real productivity benefits lie.  You can design these templates yourself using the Form Generator™ tool included in the software, or Terrington can supply you with a range from approximately 150 templates which you can use straight out of the box or modify to suit your requirements.  Our portfolio of templates were designed by a team of highly experienced scientists and provide a solution to the various laborious and time-consuming elements in your daily workflow. 

Labnotes is 21 CFR part 11 compliant and includes time and date stamps together with electronic signatures at appropriate stages, making it especially well suited to regulated analytical laboratories.  The package architecture is of a modular design so as to offer the benefit of minimising validation costs of any subsequent changes that you may wish to make in the future as your needs change.  For more information about validation of the software please view our support section.  Together we make data recording both more efficient and more compliant.

Labnotes is an established software package already well proven and in use across a broad spectrum of regulated environments.
